Madhuri founded VGlobal First with the idea of providing talent solutions globally via synergized back office operations in India. She has a master’s degree in commerce and a diploma in early childhood care and education (ECCED).

Her vision for VGlobal First is to help small and medium sized businesses establish their extended workforce in India. With a thorough understanding of the people, process and technology framework she is highly successful in adding value to our clients and making sure their synergized back office operations delivered the desired results.

Madhuri is also a trained acupressure therapist and is passionate about helping others manage various ailments through acupressure therapy, which she provides for free.
